<p>This course is designed to train all STSM, Section Supervisors and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person&#39;s knowledge, understanding technical skills and management skills. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas. The course consists of technical modules:<br /> Manage Health and Safety activities within the scope of their responsibilities&nbsp;<br /> Apply the best practice approach for meeting the requirement for each piece of legislation<br /> Implement the correct mitigating actions whenever required and create a pro-active, safety driven approach to all actions within their teams<br /> &nbsp;</p>
